Insolvency proceedings opened – no possibility of finding an investor for windeln.de SE

windeln.de SE (‘windeln.de’ or the ‘company’; ISIN: DE000WNDL300 and DE000WNDL318) has stated that the Local Court of Munich today opened the insolvency proceedings for its assets, which had been filed for on 4 November 2022. Mr Ivo-Meinert Willrodt from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH has been appointed insolvency administrator. Prior to this, he had already been acting as provisional administrator for the company.

Despite numerous discussions with interested parties during the process of finding an investor for the company, the efforts ultimately failed. It is not possible to keep the business operating on a lasting basis without an investor. The company’s remaining stocks of products will be sold over the coming weeks and months, after which the business will have to cease operations.
