Business Operations of the Dessolino Indoor Playing Field will be continued

Following the decision taken on 1 June 2016, the Local Court of Dessau-Roßlau has opened insolvency proceedings for the assets of the operator of the Dessolino Indoor Playing Field. The court appointed the restructuring expect Dr Stephan Thiemann from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the insolvency administrator.

Dr Thiemann has decided that the business operations of the indoor playing field will be continued. The regular opening hours and range of services will also be retained. The insolvency administrator is giving priority to saving the indoor playing field on the listed brewery premises by transferring it to a new operator. To achieve this, intensive talks will be held with various interested parties in the next few weeks.
