Business as usual at the APPLAUS im K Restaurant

Following the decision taken on 8 August 2017, the Local Court of Ludwigsburg has appointed Dr Matthias Lehr from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as the provisional insolvency administrator for the restaurant APPLAUS im K GmbH.

The attorney commented, “The restaurant will continue to operate until a new tenant is found for the premises. And all events will take place as planned.” The APPLAUS im K Restaurant is situated in the Culture and Congress Centre in Kornwestheim.

The provisional insolvency administrator has informed staff about the situation. The restaurant has twelve full-time and seven part-time employees. Their salaries are secure thanks to the insolvency substitute benefits.

Furthermore, the PLUTA expert Dr Matthias Lehr has already held talks with the Mayoress of the City and the Director of the Congress Centre. The provisional insolvency administrator explained, “Everybody concerned is interested in achieving a fast and good solution for the restaurant, and I will be giving the City of Kornwestheim all the support needed for this.”
