APPLAUS im K Restaurant will be operated until the End of October

Business at the APPLAUS im K Restaurant will be continued until the end of October 2017. This was decided by the provisional insolvency administrator Dr Matthias Lehr from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH in consultation with the Mayoress Ursula Keck. The APPLAUS im K Restaurant is situated in the Culture and Congress Centre in Kornwestheim.

The temporary insolvency administrator Dr Matthias Lehr explained: “We will also continue business in October. The restaurant opens every day and all the events are taking place. This means that all the customers have a reliable basis for planning for the coming weeks.”

Following the decision taken on 8 August 2017, the Local Court of Ludwigsburg appointed Dr Matthias Lehr as the provisional insolvency administrator for APPLAUS im K GmbH. The City of Kornwestheim will in future lease the restaurant to a new tenant. During the transitional period, business will continue as usual at APPLAUS im K GmbH. The PLUTA attorney and the Mayoress and Director of the Congress Centre regularly exchange information on this matter.
