Sven Arnstadt

Sven Arnstadt has more than 20 years of practical experience in insolvency accounting as well as in standard proceedings and self-administration. He has extensive expertise in insolvency law/tax law, in particular in the areas of insolvency accounting and the tax implications for the continuation of operations and liquidation.

Mr Arnstadt's core tasks include supporting companies in crisis situations and preparing insolvency accounting, annual financial statements and tax returns for individual and group companies of various sizes.

Sven Arnstadt's particular expertise lies in insolvency accounting and tax advice in the context of insolvency proceedings. He is specialised in annual financial statements under commercial law and supports companies in the continuation of operations both in regular insolvency proceedings and in self-administration proceedings. In addition, he draws up lists of assets in accordance with sections 151-153 of the German Insolvency Code (InsO) and supports business management processes during insolvency proceedings.
