Selina Senf

Selina Senf has been working at PLUTA as a commercial lawyer since August 2023. Her work focuses on restructuring advice and the continuation of businesses in crisis and insolvency situations. She has already been involved in various standard and self-administration insolvency proceedings and provides support in the context of pre-insolvency advice, particularly with regard to assessing the obligation to file for insolvency and implementing restructuring measures. She has also supported M&A processes in distressed situations.

In 2020, Selina completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Law (LL.B.) at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, which included a semester abroad at ECU in Australia and an international placement in Portugal. In 2023, she successfully completed an English-taught Master’s degree in Comparative Business Law (M.C.B.L.) at the University of Mannheim.

Before joining PLUTA, she gained extensive experience in handling corporate and consumer insolvencies at a nationally active insolvency law firm in Frankfurt am Main from 2020 to 2022.
