Miriam Rothmund

As a lawyer, Mrs. Miriam Rothmund has successfully supported companies with restructuring for many years. Her practice area is the preparation and implementation of restructuring measures as well as the legal support of continuing operations in self-administration and standard insolvency proceedings.

Miriam Rothmund initially worked for a law firm specializing in insolvency law in Duesseldorf, before starting to work for PLUTA in Bremen in 2013.

Mrs. Rothmund is head of the legal department of the PLUTA branches in Bremen and Oldenburg and is also appointed as an insolvency administrator herself. In addition, Mrs. Rothmund is a lecturer at the University of Public Administration in Bremen.
