Nicole Neumerkel

After completing her training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, Nicole Neumerkel worked in various positions in corporate finance and accounting. Following her desire to work in insolvency proceedings, she studied business law at the Diploma University of Applied Sciences in North Hesse, specialising in insolvency law and law firm management. She then worked for many years in an insolvency administrator's office in the north-west.

Mrs Neumerkel has been working for PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH since 2022 and uses her business management expertise to support the continuation of operations in insolvency proceedings.
