Daniel Barth

Daniel is an attorney and a commercial mediator (CVM). The main focus of his work is insolvency administration for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with special emphasis on tapping existing potential for restructuring. Furthermore, he specialises in advising and supporting companies whose business partners are undergoing an economic crisis or there is a likelihood of such an occurrence.

Prior to working in insolvency administration, Daniel worked for a Munich-based business law firm and in the European Legal Department of an internationally operating IT distributor. He completed his professional training in Regensburg, Sheffield, Cape Town and Munich.
